Welcome to Alex’s Adventures in English! These terms are here to make sure everything runs smoothly — for both of us. By booking a lesson, you’re agreeing to the terms below.

🧑‍🏫 Lesson Bookings

Lessons are offered as private 1:1 sessions and small group classes, delivered online (via Zoom, Google Meet or other videoconferencing platform). Every session is tailored to your level and goals — from pronunciation to fluency and beyond.

🕒 Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance. You’ll receive confirmation once your slot is secured.

💳 Payment

Payment is required in advance to secure your session. Accepted methods:

  • Wise / PayPal / MercadoPago
  • Bank transfer (Argentina)

If you book a bundle, it’s valid for 3 months from the purchase date.

🔁 Rescheduling & Cancellations

Life happens, but please note:

  • Reschedule/cancel at least 24 hours in advance — no problem.
  • Less than 24 hours’ notice = session lost.
  • No-shows are also forfeited.

This helps keep things fair for everyone.

🛠️ Tech Issues

If my tech fails (Wi-Fi, mic, etc), I’ll reschedule — no charge.
If your tech fails, we’ll try to fix it live. If not, I’ll offer one free reschedule.

💬 Code of Conduct

This is a respectful, inclusive space. Please:

  • Be punctual and ready to learn
  • Be kind in lessons and messages
  • Avoid inappropriate behaviour — in chat or live

I may refuse future lessons if these aren’t respected.
