Book a Lesson (test)

All lessons are online on Google Meet. After you book, you get a confirmation email with the date, the time in your timezone and a calendar file. The Meet link is in that email or, if it isn't there yet, Alex sends it before the lesson. You only need a computer or phone with a camera and microphone. No downloads needed.

Both. If you're in Argentina, choose "ARS – Mercado Pago" and pay in pesos with your Mercado Pago account, a card or any method Mercado Pago offers. From anywhere else, choose "USD – PayPal / card" and pay in US dollars with PayPal or a card. You can switch currency on the checkout page too.

A pack gives you 4 or 8 lessons of one type at a discount (10% off for 4, 15% off for 8). After paying you get an email with your pack code. Come back to this page, open "Packs", choose "I have a pack", enter your email and code, and book each lesson when it suits you, with no extra payment. A 4-lesson pack is valid for 60 days and an 8-lesson pack for 120 days from the day you buy it.

Group lessons are 50 minutes, with 2 to 4 students, and cost less per person than a private lesson. You can see how many seats are left for each time. A group goes ahead once at least 2 students have booked. If it hasn't reached 2 students 24 hours before the start, Alex will get in touch and either refund you in full or help you move to another time.

Yes, just reply to your confirmation email. Here's how it works:

• 24 hours' notice or more: you get a full refund, or the lesson goes back into your pack. You can also simply move it to another time.
• Between 12 and 24 hours' notice: you get 50% of the lesson price back. For pack lessons, the lesson counts as used, but you get a 10% off code for your next booking.
• Less than 12 hours' notice, or if you miss the lesson: there's no refund, but you still get a 10% off code for your next booking, valid for 90 days.

Life happens, so if something unexpected comes up, just write to Alex.
